1. Non-Refundable Services

No refunds apply to:

• Logo/branding design

• Hosting & email services

• Digital marketing (ads, content, social media)

• Domain registration

• SEO services

• Custom integrations

2. Why Refunds Are Not Possible

• All work involves dedicated time, resources, and planning.

• Hosting, domains, ads, and licenses have non-recoverable third-party costs.

• Services are digital, delivered progressively, and cannot be “returned”.

3. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project anytime, but:

• No amount paid will be refunded.

• Work completed until cancellation may be delivered at Khichdi Network’s discretion.

4. Disputes

We encourage clients to communicate issues so our team can resolve them promptly.
