2. Services Provided

Khichdi Network offers:

• Website design & development

• Web & email hosting (via Webuzo)

• Social media marketing & branding

• Content creation, ad management, SEO

• Technical support

Project scope is defined in the proposal or invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

• Provide correct information, content, images, and approvals on time.

• Ensure they own rights to all shared assets.

• Pay invoices on or before the due date.

• Maintain confidentiality of hosting and admin credentials.

4. Payments

• All services require 100% advance or as per agreed milestones.

• Work begins only after initial payment is received.

• Delayed payments may pause service delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• Completed work is delivered to the client after full payment.

• Until payment is complete, all designs, websites, and content remain Khichdi Network’s property.

• Third-party licenses (themes, plugins, fonts, stock images) follow their own terms.

6. Hosting Terms

• Hosting uptime is based on datacenter availability.

• Khichdi Network is not responsible for data loss caused by client actions, malware, or force majeure.

• Backups are provided only if included in the selected hosting plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

Khichdi Network is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, data, or business

• Downtime caused by external factors

• Third-party service failures

• Client-side security breaches

8. Termination

We may terminate services for:

• Non-payment

• Abuse, illegal use, spamming

• Violation of hosting or email policies

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
